Casting Technology

At Mohka Manufacturing we have in place a system that allows us to rapidly provide clients with the high-quality products they need.
We can deliver new prototypes in three weeks and new mass production in six weeks.
We use casting CAE to augment our technological capacity to ensure that from the development phase our products are both low cost and high quality.

Initiatives

1.

We have acquired ISO9001 certification (in 2000) and ISO14001 certification (in 2004) through our JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) authorized factory.


2.

Under the motto of "treat the next process as if it were the customer", we implement quality control at the level of the individual employee. We maintain and bolster our quality control efforts through such initiatives as QC circles (groups).


3.

All of the sections in Mohka Manufacturing (sales, engineering, production, quality assurance, etc.) work together as one from the development phase onward to prevent incidents of errors or defects.

Our advanced quality assurance system is bolstered by sophisticated equipment, such as 3D measuring instruments, X-ray permeation devices and emission spectrophotometers.
